Public NoticeThis is to give notice of the intention to introduce, in the 83rd Legislature, Regular Session, a bill to be entitled "An Act relating to the Lower Colorado River Authority." The proposed law would amend Chapter 8503, Special District Local Laws Code, by adding a new section to apply the Sunset Act to the LCRA; amending current law to change the method of LCRA Board appointments; and adding a new section on water pressure safety standards.
