Public NoticeThere will be a public hearing concerning the replat of Lot 18, Skywater Over Horseshoe Bay, Plat No. 1.1, Llano County, Texas to be known as “Summit Rock, Pod No. 1.3, 0.71 acres out of the A. Murchison Survey No. 85, Abstract No. 556, Llano County, Texas” at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Council Meeting on January 22, 2013 at 3:00 o’clock p.m., followed by discussion and action on same. The public hearings will be at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. The owner of Lot 18 is proposing to divide lot into 2 Single Family lots and requesting a variance from the current Zoning Ordinance for:
1. Allowing for a total side yard building set back of 10 feet with not less than 5 feet on any one side.
2. Allowing for one front or side loading two car garage of not less than 420 square feet.
3. And a plat note clearly stating that swimming pools and appurtenances may be placed within the 15 foot rear building set back.
