Public NoticeThere will be a public hearing at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Council Meeting on January 22, 2013 at 3:00 o’clock p.m., concerning a Preliminary Plat of a Replat of Lots N1008 and N1009 of Horseshoe Bay North, Plat No. N1.1 and 0.05 acres out of Tract KK-4, Horseshoe Bay, Plat No. 53.1 to be known as “Horseshoe North, Plat No. N1.1008, 0.81 acres out of the John Darlin Survey No. 4, Abstract No. 248, Burnet County, Texas”. The owner of the two lots is proposing to combine the two lots with said 0.05 acres and subdivide the total tract into 2 equal lots along the street and lakefront lines. The public hearing will be at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. You may provide comments regarding this re-plat at the public hearing or any time prior to the hearing, in writing or by calling the City Development Services Department at (830) 598-8741.
