NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGON AMENDMENT OF
IMPACT FEES
Chisholm Trail Special Utility District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, 5:30 p.m., at the District’s office, located at 851 FM 970, Florence, Texas.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
