PUBLIC NOTICEThe Lower Colorado River Authority hereby gives notice pursuant to Texas Water Code section 49.226 (c) that the following properties will be sold by private sale on or after December 21, 2012:
• Approximately 0.253 acres and 0.043 acres of land out of the Wilhelmina Wicke Survey No. 193, Abstract No. 831, in Llano County, Texas. These properties will be sold to the adjoining landowners.
