PUBLIC NOTICEThere will be a public hearing at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on February 5, 2013 beginning at 3:00 o’clock p.m., concerning the rezoning of Lot N1001-A of Horseshoe Bay North Plat No. N1.11 from C-2 General Commercial to R-6 Multi-Family. The purpose of the rezoning request is to allow for multi-family development on Lot N1001-A. The public hearing will be at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. You may provide comments regarding this rezoning at the public hearing or any time prior to the hearing, in writing or by calling the City Development Services Department at (830)-598-8741.
