After dropping anywhere from an inch or more in Marble Falls to over three inches in Cherokee, Monday night’s storm may be our last chance at significant rainfall for a while, meteorologists said.
Cory Vanpelt, forecaster at the National Weather Service Austin/San Antonio office, reported that scattered showers may appear next week after a sunny spell.
“We have some scattered showers next week, but nothing like last night,” he said. “I don’t see any decent chances for some rain for awhile.”
