New city manager negotiations begin

Llano City Council held a special meeting Monday night, almost immediately going into executive session to discuss the appointment, employment, duties, compensation and benefits of a new city manager.

Brenton Lewis, a native Texan currently living in Nebraska, applied for the position and was interviewed last week for the job currently being held by Interim City Manager Lynda Kuder. Kuder has been the city’s finance director for many years.
