Celebration of life and fundraiser held for MF teen

A Celebration of Life service for Mylie Ferguson, who died from injuries sustained in a car accident on Sunday, will be held at the Marble Falls High School Auditorium on Saturday at 11 a.m. Cremation arrangements were made with Putnam Funeral Home in Kingsland. Friends of the Ferguson family organized a benefit car wash and bake sale to be held on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Security State Bank and Trust on US 281 in Marble Falls to help with the cost of Ferguson’s medical expenses. Support bands and T-shirts sporting the phrase "Pray for Mylie” and the verse Philippians 3:14 will be sold at the event.
