The Llano City Council met in a special meeting Monday night to discuss possibly terminating the contract between the city of Llano and Two-Pro Club Management, LLC, which operates Llano River Golf Course.
After approximately one hour and thirty minutes, a motion was made to table the item.
Kevin Collins, founder and co-owner of Two-Pro, and others addressed the council in defense of how the organization was managing the golf course.
Council member Allen Hopson, who owns a landscape and irrigation business, asked Collins about Two-Pro’s profit and loss statements, in particular the costs of goods sold.
Collins said it changes, depending on who’s in charge. He added he had all financial records requested to the meeting.
"We have a receipt on every dime that has gone out,” he said.
