Totally bummer that ALL fireworks were needed be banned. Our annual family reunion will be moved elsewhere as without fireworks on "Independence Day"...it isn't worth the Hotel rooms, car rentas, and the money spent in town. Realize the fire risk is high due to this drought, but with all the rain in the forecast over the next 10+ days...who knows. Going into Marble Falls and being in a crowded location with cigarettes, hot vehicles, and people who will not obey this ban just seems a tad too dangerous for us and the kids. Maybe next year. I sure do hope the local economies dont suffer too much from loss of tourism as July 4 weekend is the most busy summer weekend.
