Boerne competitive through three games

Llano’s early season roll continues this week with a trip to Boerne.

For the third straight week, the Yellow Jackets will be sporting their white uniforms on the road as a homecoming opponent.

The Jackets have put together two solid wins in succession, pounding Bangs 50-23 and then holding off Bandera last week with a solid defensive effort and a balanced attack.

Boerne is a young team with a starting sophomore quarterback. The Greyhounds have been competitive in all three of their games and won their only previous game at home against Medina Valley in the second week of the season.
