She was born Jan. 13, 1936 in Dublin, Texas to Raymond Rogers and Thelma Stewart Rogers. She married Ray Fraser on Aug. 24, 1957 in Abilene. He preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 2011. For 15 years, she volunteered with the Sick Children’s Clinic in Lubbock. Full of life, she will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, friend, and grandmother. Fraser was a true example of kindness and grace. She is survived by daughters Cathy Fraser Chong and husband Julian Maki Chong, and Kimberly Lee Thurstin and husband Mark Gregory Thurstin; and two grandchildren, Lucy Rae Chong and Race Fraser Chong. A memorial service to celebrate her life was held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Llano City Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions to be made to Susan G.
