Georgia Belle Grissom, 57, of Bertram, passed from this life on Tuesday, Dec. 4 at her residence in Bertram.
She was born on Aug. 29, 1955 in Nowata, Okla., to Norman and Odessa Worthington Grissom. She was a Home Health Administrator and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bertram.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Norma Rowley.
She is survived by her best friend and companion of many years John Guillot of Bertram; son Kevin Peterson and wife Melony of Yuma, Ariz.; brothers Warren "Butch” Grissom and wife Patsy of Corpus Christi; brother-in-law Pat Rowley of Austin; nephews Patrick Grissom and wife Chrissy, and Jeffrey Grissom, both of Corpus Christi; and nieces Mandy Soliz and husband Eben, and Julie Deffenderfer and husband Jeff, both of Round Rock.
