She was born May 10, 1921 in Seymour, Texas, to John W. Barker and Tommie Baker Barker. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband Horace Parker, and son-in-law Chester Mallett.
She is survived by daughters Lawanna Mallett of Burnet, and Rachael Sue and husband Willis Evans of Lampasas; son H.G. and wife Jane Parker of Lampasas; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 at the Edgar Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Don Sanders officiating.
Interment to follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Lake Victor, Texas. Arrangements made by Edgar Funeral Home in Burnet.
