She is survived by her husband of 70 years Earl McAnally, son James McAnally and wife Sherry of Cow Creek – daughter Joann Snow and husband Norman of Bertram, grandchildren – Henry Snow of Bertram, Lori Ringstaff and husband B of Bertram, Shawn Watts and wife Thais of Cedar Park, Doug Watts and wife Lucie of Cedar Park, Randy McAnally of Bertram; great grandchildren hope watts of Kingsland, Cash and Cade Ringstaff of Bertram; brothers D.L. ( Punk) Turner , G.H. (Son) Turner of Cow Creek, sisters Aline Morris of Bertram and Minnie Joe Phelps of San Angelo. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents; brothers Dick Turner, and Gordon Turner, and sisters Merle Chambers and Joyce Morris.
Lucille was a homemaker and also cooked at Shepperd Hospital in Burnet and several restaurants in burnet. She cooked at the friendly café in Bertram and then bought and ran it for several years in the ’60s. She was a devoted, wife, mother in law, and grandmother.
A visitation was held at Clements-Wilcox funeral home on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013. The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, 2013, at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home.
Burial followed at Smithwick Cemetery. Pallbearers serving were Henry Snow, Shawn Watts, Doug Watts, Randy McAnally, B Ringstaff, Cash Ringstaff, Cade Ringstaff, and Jimmy Chambers. The family would like to thank the Bertram Nursing Home for their care of Lucille during her stay there.
